Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the item with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 30 days of purchase.

  • Please return the unwanted & unused product with all the original packaging to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once returned, we’ll refund the product price (NOT including postage) to the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
  • It can take up to 14 days of your returning the item(s) to receive your refund.

  • You’re able to print pre-paid returns labels (ONLY for UK customers) for your faulty goods after contacting our customer service.
  • It can take up to 14 days of your returning the item(s) to receive your refund.

  • If you return your item and you'd like a refund please return it with your receipt, order confirmation or delivery note
  • Ordinarily if you have your receipt or delivery note we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase
  • It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a resalable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused
  • Where a product has been personalized for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange
  • If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items
  • This does not affect your statutory rights

Methods of payment and refunds 

When returning your item, the way you originally paid for the purchase will determine how you are refunded.

Credit / debit card

If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.

Paypal

If you paid online using PayPal and return your item via courier, Royal Mail, we'll refund your PayPal account.

Apple Pay

If you paid online using Apple Pay and return your item via courier, Royal Mail, we'll refund your Apple Pay account.

Exchanging an item

To exchange an item please contact our Customer service and you’ll be able to exchange your order (subject to availability).

If you prefer to use one of our other returns methods, simply return the unwanted item following our returns procedure and place a new order online for the product you'd like. It may take up to 14 days for the refund for your original product to be processed, from the date you send it back to us.

How long do I have to exchange a product?

In line with our returns policy, you have up to 30 days to exchange a product.

International returns

What is the refund policy for international items?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, please follow our return methods and return it to us at the address shown on your invoice, obtaining proof of postage. Unless faulty, we'd like you to make your return within 30 days of purchase, and please note that you’ll need to bear postage costs.

How do I return an item by post internationally?

If we've sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival, please contact us on +44 7855364203. We will refund any postal charges you incur to return such items. Please note that this refund will be in sterling, and may therefore not equate exactly to the amount paid, owing to fluctuating exchange rates.

Please make sure that whatever your reason for returning goods, you obtain proof of postage from your post office, and we will credit your account as soon as possible.

When will I receive a refund if I return an international delivery?

If you have returned the item to us, your credit or debit card will be credited within 14 days of you sending the returned item.

Changing & cancelling

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services for advice on +44 7855 364203 Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (UK time), or email us sales@autoregalia.co.uk. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.

If your order has already left our warehouse for delivery to you, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

To return items, please package them securely and send the parcel back to the address shown on your invoice.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (EU customers only)

This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:

  • You're entitled to cancel your contract if you wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 30 days after the day on which you receive the goods
  • Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalized, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you're obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them until your return them
  • To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address

  • If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 30 days of cancellation and we'll reimburse you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. We won't refund your original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We'll refund you no later than 30 days after the day we receive the goods back from you.
