Shipping

UK delivery

For UK orders, we will be shipped within two days of payment received.

We offer two shipping options:

• FREE Standard delivery within the UK - via Royal Mail 48  - normally 2 days for delivery following shipping confirmation

• Next Day Delivery within the UK - via Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery - guaranteed 1-day delivery by 1pm on the day after shipping confirmation

Tracking your order

You are able to track your order by receiving delivery confirmation email with the tracking number inside - see Royal Mail track your parcel website: -

All orders require a signature for proof of delivery so will require somebody to be at the property when Royal Mail attempts to deliver the parcel.

If nobody is at the property, then the courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they're
unable to complete delivery or if they leave the parcel in a safe location or with a neighbour.

International (non-UK) delivery

We offer delivery of most of our products from our website to international destinations. The countries currently served are in the list below.

For international delivery, the shipping service we offered is either of the following (depending on the country for delivery):

• Royal Mail International Tracked
• Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed

Where we deliver to & lead times     

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Products excluded from international delivery

We're sorry that not everything we sell online is eligible for international delivery, for reasons connected with logistics, legalities and warranties. Here's a list of exclusions:

• Gas Lighters
• Furniture

Duty payments and customs 

Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.

If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Payment

Payment for products and delivery services can be made in GBP or the local currency that is offered to the country to which your order is being delivered.
