Guarantees

Our company warrantees and represents that the goods are as they are described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Liability

We believe the information on this page to be accurate; such information is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any inadvertent errors. No warranty or representation (express or implied) concerning the accuracy of the information provided is given and customers should satisfy themselves that any product choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.

Returns

1. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised within 14 days of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item(s).

2. It is the customers responsibility to pay for postage and packing of the item(s) sent back to us. NB: Postage will only be refunded on item(s) that are returned as faulty.

3. Unwanted items can be returned for a full 100% item refund under the 7 day cooling off period. This period starts from the moment the order is placed and finishes 7 working days starting the day after the goods have been delivered. After the 7 day cooling off period, items can still be refunded but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

4. Items returned must be unused and must be shipped back to us with all the original packaging.

5. Customers have the right to ‘cancel’ the contract at any time up to ‘7 working days starting the day after delivery’ for any reason.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.

Postage

Items are in perfect condition when posted. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched immediately.

Payment

• Postal Order (payable to: Auto Regalia Ltd)

• Bank Transfer (details provided at checkout time)

Follow the simple instructions and we will process your order. Before you complete checkout take the opportunity to look around the store as other great value items can be added to your shopping basket.

If for any reason you do not complete checkout we will not get your order. This means that your item will take considerably longer to arrive.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
